Why I became a Beachbody fitness and nutrition coach…

I became a Beachbody Fitness and Nutrition coach because I am working on my own personal health and wellness goals. Once I started using Beachbody programs and products, I was hooked. I felt so alive, healthy, energized, happy, confident, and was starting to come out of my seasonal,/COVID depression. After falling in love with Beachbody, I decided I wanted to help others feel that way about themselves also, so here we are. I became a Beachbody Fitness and Nutrition coach to help others like me feel alive, healthy, energized, happy, confident, and fight whatever struggle they are facing!

What is Beachbody?

History:

Beachbody was founded in 1998. They used to sell ONE ab workout via infomercial. The success of this gave the founder an “a-ha” moment and Beachbody eventually turned into what it is today.

Beachbody allows you to get AMAZING workouts in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Like me, I am sure you know people who do the Elite challenge where you have to pay $400 and IF you go to the classes every day and IF you promote them while you do it, and finally, IF you lose 20 lbs., you’ll get your money back. Or, you probably know people who go to the gym all the time. I use to love going to the gym, and my favorite was doing the classes! I was never one to go to the gym and make up my own workout sets. I wanted to follow what someone else was doing to make it as fun and mindless for myself. When COVID happened, a lot of those classes were no longer an option, and now you have to sign up way in advance to ensure a spot is saved for you. That just never worked for me. Either life happens or I never got the spot for the class I wanted to do. I was paying way to much for gym memberships-yes, that is plural-to not even get the use out of it.

Then I found Beachbody on Demand. It’s $99 per YEAR. You literally pay $99 that’s it and you have access to over 1,100 different workouts and over 40 different programs. There are so many programs that fit your interests. They have dance workouts, regular full body workouts, they have workouts for kids and even for pregnant women!

There is also the option to buy a challenge pack, which is about $160 and you get the Beachbody on Demand with LOTS of extras!

So, how does it work?

Once you click the link, you’ll purchase Beachbody on Demand and create a username and password. If you are going to do the trial, I will help you with those steps. If you have a Smart TV you can download the Beachbody on Demand app. If you don’t have a smart TV you can buy a $30 Roku from http://www.target.com or any retail store. Beachbody On Demand works on your phone, your iPad/tablet, or your TV. Anything that allows you to download an app you can download Beachbody on Demand! You can also access it through your laptop via the web.

From there you pick a program! If you have questions about the programs let me know. I think 21 Day Fix is a GREAT starter program. 21 Days is a perfect starting goal and you’ll feel and look amazing in just 3 weeks.
